My Accounts

Modified on Mon, 1 Jun at 12:23 PM

The My Accounts section of your Cohley profile is where you add the social accounts, portfolios, and other links that show brands what kind of work you do. Brands see these from your application and your public profile, so the more complete (and relevant) your accounts list, the better positioned you are for briefs.

Two kinds of accounts

1. Connected social accounts — Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

You can connect these so Cohley can pull in your audience metrics (followers, engagement rate, demographics). Connecting them is required if you want to apply to Influencer Partnership briefs on those platforms.

For step-by-step instructions on connecting, updating, or troubleshooting these, see How do I connect or update my Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube account on Cohley?

For what data Cohley pulls in once you’ve connected, see Social Profile and Social Metrics.

2. Other links you can add — URLs only

These don’t require any authorization — you just paste the URL.

  • Professional website — only shown for Professional creators. This should be your real gallery or portfolio website where brands can see your professional work — not a Facebook page, Canva link, or Linktree.
  • Amazon storefront — paste your storefront URL (e.g., amazon.com/shop/yourhandle). Used for Amazon-style briefs.
  • Other content sites — Canva, Pinterest, or links to additional places where your work lives.

How to add or update a link

  1. Go to My Profile in your Cohley account
  2. Open the My Accounts section
  3. Find the platform or link type you want to add and follow the prompts

You’ll see icons next to each platform once a link or connection is in place.

How accounts are used

Brands review your accounts when they’re deciding whom to invite or accept. The more accounts you’ve added — especially with content that demonstrates your range and style — the more examples brands have when vetting.

Your connected social accounts also feed into your Highlights preview on your Creator Card (see Brands see my “highlights” — what is that?) and your overall discoverability (see How do brands search and find me?).
