AI Asset Analysis Process

Modified on Thu, 11 Jun at 9:30 AM

Step 1: Creators Submit Content for Review
Creators submit their content as usual. Once submitted, AI Asset Analysis automatically scans it against the non-negotiables outlined in your brief.

Step 2: Notification
Within about an hour, scan results appear in the chat if anything fails. Both you and the creator see the same automated message within the chat as well as the flagged reasons when viewing the asset.

Creators are instructed
not to make edits until they receive a change request or direct message from you!!

Step 3: Review Feedback

Click into the Full Asset View to see exactly what was flagged. Here, you’ll find multiple sections:

  • Caption - If provided by the Creator (Influencer briefs only)

  • Transcript - Timestamped transcript for the audio in a video. Click on the timestamp to quickly advance to a time in the video.

  • Collaboration Comments – Notes left directly on the asset by your team via the Collab feature.

  • AI Asset Analysis – Automated scan results, flagged at the first time stamp seen. Each flagged non-negotiable has a Send Change Request button — click it to send that specific flag to the creator as a change request, with no copy-and-paste needed. Once sent, the flag is marked Sent to Creator and appears in the Asset Change Request section below.

  • Asset Change Request – List of Change Requests sent to Creators

To send additional Change Requests not associated with the Non-Negotiables flagged, use the text box below the asset. For videos, requests can be sent at exact times or at 00:00 for more general changes throughout the video.

Step 4: Consolidate Feedback
To avoid multiple rounds of edits, send all of your feedback in one round. You can send AI Asset Analysis flags directly with the Send Change Request button on each flag, and add any Collab comments or your own notes through the Asset Change Request box.

Dismissing AI Asset Feedback
If you decide flagged feedback isn’t an issue, you can ignore it, but it’s important to note that this feedback comes
directly from your Brief non-negotiables. Take a second to consider if this non-negotiable was flagged due to mistakes with the AI (it happens!), a vague or poorly written non-negotiable, or one that should not have been included so that you can make improvements in your next brief. Dismissing the feedback will signal to Cohley that it was unhelpful and will be taken into account by Finn when the analysis is run on your next brief.

Step 5: Send Change Requests
When you submit a change request, the creator receives an alert and can view all required edits. It is best practice to communicate a 3-5 day expected turn around time so that they can make the changes and resubmit.
