Every brief has its own deadlines, listed directly on the brief — you don’t need to open the brief overview to see them. The exact deadlines you’ll see depend on the type of brief:
UGC briefs
- Final content due — when you submit your finished content to the brand
Professional briefs
- Raw / draft content due — when you submit your initial content for the brand’s review
- Final content due — the final approved version after any change requests
Influencer briefs
- All of the above, plus a post date — when the content goes live on your social channel
- The post date may be a single date, a post window (a date range), or multiple due dates for different parts of the post
- Pay close attention if your brief says you can’t post before a certain date — that’s a firm constraint from the brand
You’ll get email reminders as each deadline approaches, and your dashboard shows your upcoming deadlines across all active briefs. If you can’t meet a deadline (e.g., your product hasn’t arrived yet), message the brand in the brief chat as soon as possible — staying in communication keeps you in good standing.
One thing you don’t need to worry about: there’s no separate deadline for performance reporting. Cohley pulls your post analytics automatically.
