Cohley Invoices and credit card receipts for Creator Compensation are available to download directly from your account — you don't need to contact your CSM to get a copy.
When your company funds creator budget, Cohley sends an invoice for the requested amount. The invoice is from Goldfish Social Inc (Cohley's legal entity) to your company, and it covers the budget you'll spend on creators across one or more briefs.
Where to find your invoices/receipts
1. Go to your brand in the Brand portal
2. Open Creator Transactions from the left nav
3. Find any row with the type Brief funds
4. Click the Invoice link on that row to open the PDF
By default the table shows the last 30 days. Use the date filter at the top to widen or narrow the range.
You are also able to check the payment status of each invoice to ensure your account is paid on time.
If you need this formatted in another way, your CSM has tools available to send you a monthly report. Reach out if necessary!
