Some notes about the last 3 emails:
- This is a reminder, not a penalty. It is sent automatically based on the brief's content submitted by date, and nothing about it needs to be withdrawn. It asks the creator to message you in the brief chat with an update. Whether you accept late content and honor the original compensation is up to you.
- If you've agreed a new date with the creator: confirm it in the brief chat. Creators are told that if you've approved an extension, they can ignore these emails and their account won't be penalized.
- If you remove the creator from the brief: moving them back to Applicants removes them from the brief, so they stop receiving reminders for it.
