What email notifications do Creators get from Cohley?
Throughout your communication with creators, they will receive email notifications and in-app notifications. This will ensure they are accessing Cohley regularly and receiving your updates - and as a bonus, there's less work on your end to manage the creators' next steps!
Below is the list of emails that we send automatically send from the platform and how to trigger each one:
- Congrats! You've been accepted to <<Brand Name>> Brief!
- This email is sent upon the action of moving a creator from the application tab to the accepted tab.
- Action Required: Submit Content for Approval
- This email is sent upon the action of individually sending 'Request content for review or mass selecting 'Request content from all creators'
- You Submitted! Now What?
- This email is sent upon the action of the creator uploading content to a non-review brief. This email lets them know that you will be reviewing the content and to await your response.
- <<Brand name>> has reviewed your content!
- This email is sent after you have accepted content. All creators are directed to login to see what has been accepted and to check for any messages.
- Action Required: Add Post Link
- This email is sent in an influencer brief when you have approved the content and request a post. The email will be sent immediately and then sent 3 additional times once a day or until the influencer has posted.
- You Posted! Now What?
- This email is sent upon the action of the creator associating a post on Instagram or TikTok to a brief. This email lets them know that you will be reviewing the content before sending payment, if owed.
- That’s a Wrap!
- This email is sent when you have marked the creator as complete and moved them to the completed tab. The user will receive a link to the medals programs and payment expectations.
- Whoops! You're not done yet
- This email is sent when you move a creator from the completed tab to another tab. The user will receive the new status and the link to the brief. It's always good to send a message to the creator as well with expectations on next steps.
- Check your messages
- This email is sent when you send a message in a chat. We also add a new campaign message in-app notification. if the creator reads this notification before the email is sent, the emails are not sent. And if the creator already has an unread campaign notification message, we don't send the email again.
- Content due to {{campaign.brand.name}} in 5 days
- This email is sent to any creator daily at 2pm that is part of a brief seven days before the content submitted by date, that is not yet in the completed tab. If the creator already sent a message to the brand earlier that day, the email is suppressed as we assume that the creator is aware of the deadline.
- Upload your content now for {{campaign.brand.name}}
- This email is sent to any creator daily at 2pm that is part of a brief two days before the content submitted by date, that is not yet in the completed tab. If the creator already sent a message to the brand earlier that day, the email is suppressed as we assume that the creator is aware of the deadline.
- WARNING: Content is late for {{campaign.brand.name}}
- This email is sent to any creator daily at 2pm that is part of a brief the day of the content submitted by date, that is not yet in the completed tab. If the creator already sent a message to the brand earlier that day, the email is suppressed as we assume that the creator is aware of the deadline.
