How do I know I need to take action in my brief?

Modified on Tue, 2 Sep at 5:21 PM

Cohley has three types of automated notifications:

  1. Email
  2. In-app notifications
  3. Automated chats in brief

Emails:

Emails are sent to the main account user Mondays and Wednesdays at 11am ART (hourly difference due to daylight savings) if there is an unread notification. The email will include a list of all briefs with an unread message.

In-app notifications:

Notifications are available via the bell in the top right corner of your screen.

All notifications can be filtered by brief name with the toggle in the slide-out dropdown after clicking the bell.

Message are then grouped into the following categories:

  1. New messages (chats)
  2. Feedback Received (collaboration)

To view the content of the message or respond, click on the individual notification and you will be directed to the Creator chat or the collaboration panel in the brief.

To clear a notification, click into the notification or delete via the trashcan.

If there is a new chat in the brief, you will also see a red dot on the brief list.

Automated chats:

A chat message is auto generated by Cohley to help streamline the next steps and communication between Creators and brands. All messages with a blue background are automated and viewed by BOTH parties as sent from Cohley. The following instances result in an automated chat:

  1. Brief Applicants:
    1. Congrats! You've been accepted to the brief. (Multiple variations depending on brief setup.)
    2. Unfortunately you have not been accepted to the brief.
    3. You have been removed from the brief.
  2. Processing orders:
    1. Shopify order has been processed - follow up with tracking information once received
    2. Product selection changed
    3. Address changed by Creator
  3. Content to review:
    1. Content has been uploaded by the Creator
    2. Content has been requested by the brand
    3. Content has been reviewed
    4. Change request on the asset
    5. AI Asset Analysis flagged (launching September)
  4. Posted content:
