How to deal with an unresponsive Creator

If a creator is unresponsive, here are the steps you can take to give them a nudge:

If they’re in the applicants tab and are late to submit content, please click the ellipsis and click “request content from all creators”. The creators already receive automatic emails with deadline reminders, but this one specifically says “BRAND is requesting your content”.
Each chat you send in the chat box during a brief will send an email to the Creator. If you have any questions are looking for a response- you can send additional chats asking them to check in
If you are still having trouble getting in contact with a Creator, please contact customersupport@cohley.com and ask them to reach out to the Creator directly on your behalf. In your email please send the creators first and last name + the title of the live brief.

If the Creator still doesn’t respond to our messages, you can remove them from your brief by click the carrot next to the stage of their brief and click “Move to Applicant”. You will have the option to leave the Creator a star rating and also will have the option to block the Creator from applying to future Briefs. To block, please click the carrot next to Reject- the creator is NOT notified that they’ve been blocked.

When the Creator is moved back to the applicants tab, they receive a notification letting them know they’ve been removed from the brief
