Key Highlights:

• Creators automatically move to the "content to review" stage once they upload their first asset
• Use the Collaborate Tool to share content with team members to consolidate feedback in the platform
• If you need to ask a creator for a reshoot or edit, use the "change request" feature. Read our Reshoot/Edit policy here
• Once you accept an asset, it moves to your Content library. You can download all content here and share the content library with team members/ agencies who don't have Cohley logins.
• If you're working on an Influencer partnership brief, make sure to click "request post" on each creator to move them to the pending post tab. Once they're in this tab, they have to link their posts to the platform- you'll know they posted when you see this in the chat section. We highly recommend waiting to move the creators to completed until their posts are linked.

• Once all Creators are in the completed tab, click "send mass payment". If you move a couple creators to the completed tab while waiting for other's to complete the brief, you can still click "send mass payment" 
• Don't forget to add your favorite creators to your creator hub!
