Wrapping Up A Brief

UGC and Professional Briefs

After approving content, click the "Mark as Complete" button to move the Creator into the "Completed" tab. Please consider leaving a review for the Creator.

Next step will be completing creator payments. Here are your options for completing creator payments. Please let your CSM know which option you'd like to go with.

Once Creators are paid, there is nothing left for you to do. The brief will automatically move into your "Past Briefs" tab.

All accepted content is available for you, with rights in perpetuity, in the Content Library and is organized by product or brief name.

Influencer Brief

After approving content, click the "Request Post" button. This lets the Creator know that they are approved to post and it provides a button for them to accurately add their post link to the Cohley platform.

Once the Creator submits their post link (see below), click the "Mark as Complete" button to move the Creator into the "Completed" tab. Please consider leaving a review for the Creator.

Review brief

Once Creators have submitted all reviews, there is nothing left for you to do unless you are reimbursing them for products purchased at a retailer.

All reviews will be available in the Content Library and available for export. If you integrated with BazaarVoice, Power Reviews, or Yotpo, reviews will automatically be pushed to your workbench for moderation. Any associated image or video left alongside the review will also be available in the Content Library.
