How to pay Creators via credit card

Have a credit card on file with Cohley? You now have access to charge the amount needed to pay Creators at any time by following these steps:

1. In the Completed stage of your brief, click on Mass Payment or Send Payment for an individual Creator

2. If you do not have the necessary brief funds to pay the Creator, you will see the button ‘Add Cohley funds’

3. Clicking Add Cohley funds will give you the option to charge a credit card on file  

4. Choose the amount you wish to charge:

   1. Expected brief amount (all accepted Creators, regardless of stage)

   2. Net amount needed for the Creators you are paying at the time

   3. Other amount: open for you to add any amount

5. A transaction fee of $0.30 + 2.9% will automatically be added for credit card processing

6. Confirm and funds will be added to your account after the transaction has settled

7. An email receipt will be sent to the primary Cohley user email address
