How to share content to Google Drive

Make it easy to always share content with your team with Google Drive!


Follow these quick steps and you'll be set for success:

1. Navigate to your brand profile Account page and connect Google Drive to your personal account

2. Navigate to Content Library

3. Select the assets you want to share

4. Select Add to Google Drive and Confirm

5. Use the confirmation to quickly open Google Drive

6. Click on the Cohley folder and see all assets organized by product name


Quick tip: Share this folder - don't rename it - with colleagues. This will ensure they can also see any new assets that are added to the folder any time you go back to share additional assets.
