Connecting Bazarrvoice and Cohley will ensure that your reviews are syndicating to all of your chosen retails partners. Setup steps are outlined below!
Step 1
Confirm that your Bazaarvoice account has Syndication and API Access
Step 2
Complete Bazaarvoice Consent Form and return to your Cohley Customer Success Manager
Step 3
Your Cohley Customer Success Manager will work with Bazaarvoice to obtain your API keys
Step 4
Your Cohley Customer Success Manager will let you know once the integration has been validated within the Cohley platform
Step 5
Start generating reviews!
Timeline: 7 business days from completion of Consent Form
Integration can not be validated if you are not currently on the correct Bazaarvoice account. Please contact your BV Customer Success Manager if you have questions about your account level.
