Bazaarvoice Integration Setup Guide

Connecting Bazarrvoice and Cohley will ensure that your reviews are syndicating to all of your chosen retails partners. Setup steps are outlined below! 

Step 1

Confirm that your Bazaarvoice account has Syndication and API Access

Step 2

Complete Bazaarvoice Consent Form and return to your Cohley Customer Success Manager 

Step 3 

Your Cohley Customer Success Manager will work with Bazaarvoice to obtain your API keys

Step 4 

Your Cohley Customer Success Manager will let you know once the integration has been validated within the Cohley platform 

Step 5 

Start generating reviews! 

Timeline: 7 business days from completion of Consent Form

Changing the API keys on an existing connection

The API keys cannot be replaced in place. To swap them, disconnect the Bazaarvoice integration first, then connect again using the steps above.
