PowerReviews Integration Setup Guide

Connecting PowerReviews and Cohley enables real-time review syndication to retailer sites in the PowerReviews network — Target, Ulta, and beyond. Once connected, Cohley pulls in your PR product catalog and pushes reviews back to PR automatically. What you’ll need from PowerReviews

To connect your PR account, you’ll need five credentials from PowerReviews:

• Merchant group ID
• Merchant name
• Merchant ID
• Client ID
• Client secret

Your PowerReviews contact (or your account’s onboarding rep) can provide these. They’ll typically also share program-specific reference docs (e.g., the “Syndication Only Program” PDF) covering PR’s broader workflows.

Heads up: the Cohley integration is API-based and real-time. You won’t need to generate or send Product Feed Files or Review Import Files to Cohley — those legacy file-based workflows aren’t part of how Cohley syncs with PR.

Connecting PR in Cohley

1. Go to Brand Settings → Integrations
2. Click Add on the Power Reviews card
3. Enter the five fields above (Merchant group ID, Merchant name, Merchant ID, Client ID, Client secret)
4. Save

Cohley validates the connection on save. Once it’s green, your PR product catalog will start populating into Cohley brief setup automatically.

After setup

• Product catalog — pulled into Cohley from PR in real time when you build a brief
• Reviews — pushed back to PR in real time as creators submit them
• New SKUs — add them in PR, and they’ll appear in Cohley automatically on the next brief build (no file resends, no CS tickets)
