Connecting Yotpo and Cohley will automatically send all reviews into your Yotpo dashboard. Follow the steps below to get set up.
Step 1
Email your Cohley Customer Success Manager your Yotpo App key. More information on how to find that here.
Step 2
Once you’ve gotten confirmation from your Cohley CSM, retrieve your Secret Key from your Yotpo dashboard. Note that this is the key from Yotpo’s dashboard, not the verification code from the email!
Step 3
Send secret key to your Cohley CSM.
You’re all set! Your Cohley Customer Success Manager will let you know when you’re ready to start your first Brief.
Note
If you make a change in your account status with Yotpo, it will disconnect the API connection and reviews will not transfer from Cohley to your Yotpo dashboard. Please let your CSM know if you make any changes so we can reconnect.
