Yotpo Set Up Guide

Connecting Yotpo and Cohley will automatically send all reviews into your Yotpo dashboard. Follow the steps below to get set up.

Step 1 

Find your Yotpo App key. More information on how to find that here. 

Step 2

Ensure Cohley is listed as a trusted vendor in Yotpo by talking to your Yotpo rep.

Step 3

Once you’ve gotten confirmation from your Yotpo rep, retrieve your Secret Key from your Yotpo dashboard. Note that this is only good for 24 hours. The key we need is from Yotpo’s dashboard, not the verification code from the email! 

Step 4

Navigate to Company Preferences -> Integrations and add your App key and Secret Key to Cohley.

Step 5

Create a new Product Review Brief, add a product, scroll down to click on 'Add from Yotpo' to select the matching product from your Yotpo catalog. If your catalog loads, this is proof that your integration worked as expected.
