If your Cohley account is integrated with PowerReviews, Yotpo, or Bazaarvoice, the sync is real-time and bidirectional — there are no files for you to send us, and we don’t generate a Product Feed File or Review Import File for syndication. Everything happens via API.
How it works
- Your product catalog flows IN to Cohley. When you build a brief, we pull in your current product catalog from your integration partner in real time. The products available for selection on a brief reflect what’s in your PR, Yotpo, or BV account at that moment.
- Your reviews flow OUT of Cohley. When a creator submits a review, Cohley assigns it to the product the creator selected and pushes the review back to your integration partner in real time — where it goes through your usual moderation and syndication flow.
You don’t generate, upload, or send us any review files. You don’t need to maintain a Product Feed File for Cohley. The integration handles it.
Adding new products (SKUs)?
Just add them to your catalog in PowerReviews, Yotpo, or Bazaarvoice. They’ll appear in Cohley automatically the next time you build a brief.
