How Do I View and Download My Cohley Invoices or credit card receipts??

Individual Cohley Invoices and credit card receipts for Creator Compensation are available to download directly from your account.

When your company funds your creator budget, Cohley sends an invoice for the requested amount. The invoice is from Goldfish Social Inc (Cohley's legal entity) to your company, and it covers the budget you'll spend on creators across one or more briefs.

Where to find your invoices/receipts

1. Go to your Company Settings via the top right drop-down

2. Open Creator Transactions from the left nav

3. Find any row with the type Brief funds 

4. Click the Invoice link on that row to download the PDF to your browser

By default the table shows the last 30 days. Use the date filter at the top to widen or narrow the range.

You are also able to check the payment status of each invoice to ensure your account is paid on time. 

Can an invoice raised in error be canceled?

Yes. An invoice that was raised in error can be voided — it just isn’t something you can do yourself in the platform today. Email support@cohley.com with the invoice number and what’s wrong with it, and cc your CSM so they’re aware. Once voided, the funds will automatically be removed from your account. Ensure you do not payout these funds or it will go negative and Cohley will need you to submit another invoice. 

Can I export all of my Creator Transactions to a spreadsheet?

There isn't a self-serve button to export your full Creator Transactions table to Excel or CSV today. You can still download individual invoices using the Invoice link on each Brief funds row (see above). To get all of your creator transactions in a single spreadsheet, reach out to your CSM — they have tools to pull a full export or a recurring monthly report, formatted however you need it.

The export is a CSV/Excel file with one row per payment, and can include:

• Payment Date
• Transaction Type (e.g. Creator Payment)
• Creator Name
• Campaign/Brief Name
• Source (payout method, e.g. PayPal)
• Amount (USD)
• Status (e.g. Success, Processing)

We are also working on Finn updates so that he can provide this export!
