Does Cohley have a referral program?

Yes! The Cohley Referral Program rewards you for connecting Cohley with brands and agencies in your network. When a brand or agency you refer signs on as a paying Cohley customer, both you and the company you referred earn rewards.

What you earn

What you get depends on your own relationship to Cohley:

• If your company is a Cohley customer (most brand and agency users): $1,500 cash, paid to you personally, plus $5,000 in creator compensation credits applied to your account.
• If you’re referring but aren’t tied to a Cohley customer account: $2,000 cash, paid to you personally.

Either way, the brand or agency you refer gets $2,500 in creator compensation credits to get started.

Who can refer

Anyone located in the United States or Canada — customers, agency partners, creators, and Cohley evangelists are all welcome to refer.

What makes a referral qualify

A referral earns rewards once the company you referred becomes a paying Cohley customer and fits Cohley’s Ideal Customer Profile. The referred company must:

• Sell physical products to consumers in the U.S. and/or Canada — or be a marketing agency serving companies that do;
• Generate $10M+ in annual revenue;
• Employ more than 20 full-time staff;
• Not be in an industry Cohley doesn’t partner with (e.g., CBD, adult entertainment, weapons);
• Be reachable at a business email address.

It also must not be a current or former Cohley customer, must not have engaged with the Cohley team in the past 12 months, and must purchase within 6 months of your referral. When you submit, Cohley confirms whether the company is eligible under the full ICP criteria.

How to refer

Submit your referral through Cohley’s official referral form at cohley.com/refer. Cohley will review it and let you know whether the referred company qualifies. (Submitting a referral doesn’t guarantee a reward — rewards are issued only for qualifying referrals.)

When you get paid

Rewards are issued once the referred company becomes a paying customer — within 60 days of that confirmation. Cash is paid to you personally and may be taxable (Cohley may request a W-9 before paying). Credits are applied to your account under Cohley’s standard credit terms.

Good to know

• First referral counts — if more than one person refers the same company, only the first submission is eligible.
• Affiliated companies — if you refer a company affiliated with or owned by your own, you’ll still receive the creator compensation credits, but not the cash reward. Disclose any affiliation when you submit.
