How Do I Add a User to My Account?

Adding a new user seat isn't something you can do directly in the platform — it requires a quick request to your Cohley Customer Success Manager (CSM).


To get a new user added, email your CSM with the following:

  • Full name of the new user
  • Email address of the new user
  • Which account(s) they should have access to

Your CSM will get them set up on Cohley from there.
