Creator Vetting Guide
- Click into the “Applicants” tab, all Creators who have applied to the campaign will be housed here. Refer to this article for elements to look for while choosing Creators.
- Click “Add Custom Filter” to filter by age, gender, location, response to gated question, etc.
- Scroll through the applicants by using the scroll on the far right side of the screen. In the Creator card, you can read the Creators application message on the right, and their portfolio on the left. If you're vetting an influencer brief, you'll see the Creators social profile. If you're vetting a UGC Visual assets brief, you'll see the Creators portfolio.
- Click "reject" for anyone you do not want to work with – don't overthink it if you're leaning towards a no! As you reject Creators, the number of applicants will go down.
Note:You do not need to reject all applicants that you do not wish to work with. You can simply scroll to the next Creator.- If you accidentally click "Reject" but want the creator back in your brief, you'll be able to easily add them back to the campaign by clicking into "Add custom filter" and "Rejected Applicants", "Add back to Brief"
- No, you do not need to “Reject” every single creator you do not want to work with. Creators will not receive a notification if you decide to reject.
- Click the "Maybe" toggle for anyone you might be interested in and, if you’d like, leave a note with any info you want to remember about each Creator by clicking "Add note" above the chat. All notes are internal for our eyes only – creators will not see the notes you leave.
- When you leave a note, click "Enter" or "Return" on your keyboard in order to save the note.
- Notes on each Creator will follow the Creator from brief to brief so it will be useful in the future.
- Once you have narrowed it down to your “Maybe’s”, click the “Add Custom Filter” button and then check the "Flagged as maybe" box to view your narrowed down list.
- Within the “Flagged as maybe” view, send a “Mass Message” to re-confirm interest in the campaign, address, product selection/size, etc.
- Hit the "Accept" button to officially accept them into the campaign.
- If you cannot see the “Accept” button, click the “Chat” button and then you see the “Accept” button appear.
- All Creators you accept are moved to the 'Accepted' tab. For any paid briefs, your expected budget is updated each time you accept a creator.
