Creator Hub - Inviting Favorite Creators to New Briefs

Modified on Tue, 8 Jul at 5:50 PM

View your favorite Creators in one place

Creator Hub gives you quick access to view all of your hearted Creators and invite one or more to a brief. Creators will get a customized email with the invitation from the brand to apply. Just imagine that happy dance! While Cohley is still a generation platform where Creators come to you - we know there are times where you want to ensure certain Creators saw you launched a brief.

To access, see ‘Creator Hub’ at the top of your Cohley navigation.

You’ll be prompted to Heart Creators if you haven’t already! Go to the Performance tab to find Creators that have captured a high engagement, Content Library to heart Creators that produced strong assets, or to a Past brief and go through the completed stage to start hearting.

Example: Heart will turn from white to red when clicked.

Once you see all of your favorite Creators in one place, you can filter for your current needs or select all - or just a few- and invite them to a brief that is currently accepting applicants.

This is an example of the email the Creator will receive. Imagine your name and logo here!

We also recommend looking at favorite Creators from brands under your parent umbrella (if applicable) and recommended by Cohley. Every Saturday, Finn, our AI collaborator, updates your Creator Hub with fresh new Creators based on our recommendations for your vertical.

Use the filters to organize recommended Creators into lists and save custom filters to quickly find new talent each week.

If you are trying to invite a Creator from the Creator Hub into a new Brief and are running into issues, you can troubleshoot:

- Has the creator already applied to the Brief? Search their name in the applicants tab to see if you can find them.

- The targeting that you set up might not include the creator. IE if you have age targeting on for ages 30-35, and the Creator is 40, they would not be able to see the brief or be invited to it.

- You application deadline might have passed. Bump the date to a future date and try again.
