If a Creator selected a product or variant when applying and you need to change it to another, 'Update product selection' can be used until the order has been processed. For Shopify-integrated briefs, once an order has been sent to Shopify (processed), the product selection can no longer be changed and the order cannot be reprocessed.
At the top of the Creator card, click the button to update and you will then be able to change either
a. Product selection (e.g. 1 of 2 products)
b. Variant (color, size, etc.)
If the order has already been sent to Shopify (processed) or all products have shipped to the Creator, this option will not be shown.
Products cannot be added after a brief has been launched.
