Cohley Access: Managing Multiple Companies

Modified on Mon, 27 Apr at 6:18 PM

If you have access to more than one company in Cohley, your home view helps prioritize the work that needs your attention. Instead of scanning every company to find where things are stuck, you'll now land on a grouped, prioritized view that guides you on which company to access next.

How are companies organized?

When you log in, your companies are sorted into three groups based on the state of their briefs:

GroupWhat it means
Requires ActionOne or more briefs at this company are waiting on you to do something.
Waiting on CreatorsBriefs are live, but the next move belongs to a creator (applying, submitting content, posting, etc.).
No Active BriefsThis company doesn't have any briefs currently in flight.

Each company card in the Requires Action group also shows a next-best-action badge in case various people handle different stages of a brief.

What are the next-best-action badges?

There are four:

  • Accept Creators — Creators have applied to a brief and are waiting on your decision.
  • Approve Content — A creator has submitted content that needs your review.
  • View Post — A creator has gone live with a post you haven't reviewed yet.
  • Send Payments — Payment is owed to one or more creators.

If a single brief has more than one type of action open, the badge reflects the highest priority item.

Who sees this view?

Anyone whose Cohley login has access to more than one company. If you only manage a single company, your home view is different by design — there's nothing to triage across.
