If your Cohley subscription is ending and you are not renewing your contract, all of the below must be completed by your contract end date:
- Notify your CSM of your intent to cancel
- Ensure all active briefs are completed - there must be no creators in the "Accepted or "Content to Review" status.
- All creators should be moved to "Complete" with compensation paid out, or any unresponsive creators should be returned to "Applicants" status. For guidance on managing unresponsive creators, please refer to this resource
- All boosting (applicable to influencer partnership briefs only) must be completed
- All creators and reviewers must be paid and/or reimbursed
- Download all content from the Content Library for which you want to retain usage rights in perpetuity
- Export any campaign performance data, reports, or analytics you want to retain
Failure to complete any of the above requirements by your contract end date will result in continued billing at your current monthly rate until all outstanding items are resolved.
Once your contract end date has passed, you will no longer have access to the Cohley platform. Please note that while you retain usage rights in perpetuity to all Cohley assets following cancellation, the ability to download content will no longer be available. To preserve access to your content and maintain usage rights, all assets must be downloaded prior to your contract end date.
