Cohley's AI Asset Analysis tool scans submitted content against the non-negotiables that you specify in your Brief. Writing strong non-negtiables will ensure that the AI Asset Analysis will return results that support your brand safety guidelines and make giving feedback to Creators more impactful.
Non-negotiables should be for your entire Brief, not individual assets.
AI Asset Analysis is not available for Product Review Briefs.

Below are some examples of what AI Asset Analysis can scan for.
Creative
AI Asset Analysis scans every frame of the video to create a narrative about what is happening on screen. By combining the narrative with the transcript of the audio, each individual piece of content is scored against the non-negotiables.
Examples:
Shoot in bright lighting
No other brand logos can be present
Make sure the background is clean and not cluttered
Shoot in a specific locations (outside, in a bathroom, the in the grocery store)
Make sure the label is legible (should not be backwards) and properly reads from left to right
Upload videos without the TikTok watermark
Don’t use non-sustainable props like single-use plastics or cotton pads.
Do not use ice while filming
Messaging
AI Asset Analysis takes the audio in the video and turns it into a transcript, and then scans the transcript to see if the Creator is following the non-negotiables.
Examples:
Do not use the word 'treat' in reference to the product.
Do not claim that the product will completely heal or solve any serious problems. We can't be the solution.
Don’t make ANY preventative drug claims (for example, do not say 'this cured my arthritis')
Don’t mention any other brands (competitor or otherwise)
Let your audience know where to find the product: “In the drink mix aisle at Walmart” or “Find it in a grocery store near you”
FTC Guidelines
While deciding how to use disclosures to stay in line with FTC Guidelines is up to your brand, AI Asset Analysis is great at catching non compliance if your disclosure method is clear in the non-negotiables.
Examples:
Video must have #sponsored within the first 5 seconds and disappear afterwards.
Must mention “I’m partnering with XYZ brand” with first 5 seconds of video
Here are some examples of things that will not be clear to the AI and how to avoid them:
Theme | Example | Why this doesn't work |
Instructions that use specific measurements | Use 1 packet per 12-16oz of water | If there is no specific mention (ie the creator says I am putting this in 12 oz of water) there is no way for AI to measure the water in the video |
Phrases that mention something specific without context | Use correct filter insertion | AI won’t know what “correct” insertion is. |
Terms that are subjective | Shoot in a natural environment | What constitutes as natural is up for interpretation. AI can make a guess at what they think you meant by natural, but the results will be stronger if you’re more specific. |
Anything about royalty free music, ad safety guidelines | Use royalty free music | The AI does not currently have information about what is royalty free or what the safety guidelines are. |
Before and after content | Content should include a before and after shot | The AU does not recognize a ‘before and after’ unless the creator specifically says ‘before’ and ‘after’ in the audio. |
