Why Am I Seeing an ISF Alert When Paying Creators?

If you're trying to pay creators and see an ISF (Insufficient Funds) alert, don't worry — this has nothing to do with your account balance on Cohley.


ISF alerts are triggered when Cohley's PayPal account is in the middle of processing a funds transfer. Because PayPal takes up to 5 days to process deposits, we intentionally keep a lean balance there rather than letting large sums sit idle. Occasionally, this means payments queue up just ahead of the next transfer clearing.


What to do: No action needed on your end. Please check back around 10am ET the following day and you should be all set to complete your payments.
