How do I export my accepted Creators and pull shipping addresses?

Modified on Fri, 30 Oct at 6:15 AM

You can export your accepted Creators from a brief to a spreadsheet (CSV/Excel) — useful for shipping product, vetting in Excel, or sharing the roster with your team.

How to export accepted Creators

  1. Open your brief and go to the Accepted stage.
  2. Select all Creators using the checkbox at the top left (or select individual Creators).
  3. Click "Export Creators" to download a spreadsheet of all selected accepted Creators — including their names, profile data, product/concept assignment, and shipping addresses.

What's included

The export runs to 36 columns, in four groups:

  • Shipping and fulfillment — name, address, address 2, city, state, country, zip code, and the product or concept that Creator selected.
  • Your vetting from this brief — whether you flagged them as Maybe, favorited them, any notes you added, whether you have worked with them before, their answer to your screening question, and their sample content link.
  • Creator profile attributes — gender, age, birthday, ethnicity, skin tone, hair, pets, kids, languages spoken, interests, filming locations, the video styles they are comfortable creating, and whether they identify as LGBTQ.
  • Social accounts and reach — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and portfolio, plus Instagram follower count and engagement rate, and TikTok follower count, average video views and engagement rate.

One thing to watch on the social columns: Instagram and TikTok come through as handles (yourcreator_ugc), not links, so build the profile URL yourself if you need one. YouTube and portfolio come through as full URLs. Any field a Creator has not filled in arrives blank.

Exporting across several briefs at once

You don’t have to do this brief by brief. Ask Finn and it returns the same accepted-Creator export — contact and shipping details included — across as many of your live briefs as you need, in one request. For example: “Export the accepted Creators and shipping addresses for all my live Seeding briefs.”
