Surveys Overview

Surveys are built to help you gather insights from our entire Creator Network and power Cohley’s next generation of AI-driven search. Use Surveys to identify future collaboration partners, capture creator insights, and teach Cohley’s AI what “right” looks like for your brand. Every response feeds into your brand’s unique data set, making your AI experience more personalized and improving creator recommendations across the platform.

Where to Find Surveys

Surveys now live in your main navigation along the top navigation bar. 

Why Launch a Survey?

Surveys let you ask Creators direct questions to uncover who’s the best fit for your brand's content needs.

When you launch a Casting Survey:

• Creator portfolios and answers appear side by side

• You can sort, filter, and favorite based on responses

• You can invite top-fit Creators directly to existing Briefs
  
  

Every response also helps Cohley’s AI learn your brand’s unique preferences.

As our new AI Search launches, these data points will automatically enhance how Cohley recommends and surfaces creators — connecting you faster to the people most likely to produce the results you want.

The more surveys you launch, the smarter your creator matching becomes.

What Kind of Questions Can I Ask?

You can mix and match several question types:

• Short answer

• Single choice

• Multiple choice

• Opinion score

Ask questions that help you:

• Identify qualified Creators for upcoming Briefs

• Understand Creator motivations or buying habits

• Gather audience insights for marketing strategy

• Feed Cohley’s AI with brand-specific context that will improve your search results over time

How Long Will a Survey Run?

Surveys remain open indefinitely — there’s no end date by default.
Once live, your survey is visible to all Creators in the Cohley Network (unless you target by country, age, gender, or screening question).

Pro tip: If you no longer need responses, toggle the survey off so new Creators don’t spend time answering.

Where Does My Survey Data Live?

All survey data is stored in the Surveys section of the platform for you to review and take action on. Additionally, each Creator’s responses are also tied directly to their profile. That means when you use AI Search or browse the Creator Hub, Cohley’s AI uses your collected data points to prioritize Creators who align with your brand’s needs, past collaborations, and audience preferences based on how the answered your questions.

You’ll always be able to rediscover the right creators — faster and more accurately — as the system learns from your inputs.

Can I Request Personal Information?

We do not recommend asking for personal identifiable information (PII). Cohley already provides essential details like email and shipping address. If you’re unsure about requesting specific data, please contact our team for guidance!
